Auburn Public Library selects Absolute Marketing & Design
Auburn, Maine --- July 27, 2009. The Auburn Public Library has selected Absolute Marketing & Design, of Lewiston, Maine to contribute pro bono marketing services and support as the Library looks toward the future and strengthening its role as “the heart of the community.”
As libraries across the country continue to evolve and position themselves as central hubs in their communities, the Auburn Public Library too, has this as its goal.
Lynn Lockwood, Director of the Auburn Public Library commented. “We feel that in this economy, libraries are more important than ever for their communities. They provide an array of free public services such as internet access, workshops, meeting rooms, opportunities to extend an individual’s education and a great place to meet with friends. As the MAINEiacs embark on their 7th season, one of their top priorities is to reconnect with the Lewiston Auburn community, and they have chosen Absolute to assist them with this effort. The MAINEiacs want to develop closer relationships with the people and businesses of the Lewiston Auburn area, and feel that the team at Absolute reflects that same desire.
